What is GAH ?
It’s a functional Golf program to help you improve your overall game through optimization training. Along with training tips ,warm-ups, educational videos and monthly newsletters we will bring everything golf related to the Golf enthusiast.
The goal is longevity, body awareness,lowering your handicap and “pain free golf”.
With the GAH approach you’ll increase mobility, stability, flexibility, strength and power.
Our training methods do not follow traditional weight lifting in which it’s a challenge to transfer to the sport of golf. Example; the back squat compresses the spine and the golf swing needs mobility for thoracic rotations. See how the two do not go hand and hand.?
Whether you’re a novice or a low handicap this platform will give you the edge you need for a stronger, and more consistent round for years to come.
