We partnered with Eden Roc Miami beach to show our appreciation for our amazing members! We had an amazing time in the sun that brought us together with Yoga, Workouts, and an amazing Mindfulness workshop!

Our Annual Father’s Day celebration Brewfest hosted by our ADAPT Foundation was such a success! We got to get a killer workout in, win awesome raffle prizes from our sponsors, and celebrate the amazing father’s in our lives. Thanks to you all, we were able to raise $860 for our ADAPT Foundation!

Our Annual Mother’s Day celebration Moms & Mimosas hosted by our ADAPT Foundation was a success! We had an amazing time being able to workout, mingle, win amazing raffle prizes, and celebrate the incredible women in our lives! Thanks to you all, we were able to raise $140 for our ADAPT Foundation!
