These exercises all load the neck primarily through targeting the upper trap and shoulder complex:

2️⃣Santcth Grip Shrug
3️⃣Banded Lateral Shoulder Raise with 2 sec hold
4️⃣Scap Retraction with DB Row
✔️They can be utilized in a number of ways, from traditional high effort loading to low effort, high repetition work to create an altered sensation.
