Small group training, with a maximum of eight members per session, can provide personalized attention and customized guidance to every individual and specifically offer our cutting-edge training techniques. These small groups provide the motivation of a group setting while allowing our trainers to give more attention to detail, providing guidance on proper form and technique, helping reduce the risk of injury and ensuring that each participant is performing the exercises correctly. By training basic movements like squatting, lifting, pushing and pulling, functional training can improve overall strength, mobility, and flexibility, making everyday activities easier and less stressful on the body. At ADAPT we utilize bodyweight exercises as well as equipment like kettlebells, medicine balls, and resistance bands to offer complete workouts. The exercises can be modified to suit all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes.
