More MEN need to be training glutes. (Guys, you too have glutes, and you should train them.)

More WOMEN need to be training everything else… enough with the influencer booty workouts!

Ladies – lifting weights does NOT make women bulky, I can assure you. In fact building muscle doesn’t make ANYONE bulky.d at all times and can start to use colder temperatures with more confidence, just like exercise.

Excess fat does.

But specifically to women, it’s extraordinarily difficult to build a significant amount of muscle mass via strength and hypertrophy training.

To put things into perspective, the average woman has a tiny fraction of the amount of anabolic hormones compared to men.

And men – most of them who strength train aren’t walking around looking like professional bodybuilders. So why do women think that they’ll get bulky?

Downright deception, lies, and scare tactics that target their insecurities and vulnerabilities (the lowest of the low).

My recommendation for EVERYONE? 


✔️ ALL people should feel confident when strength training because it’s a no brainer for health and longevity.

✔️ ALL people should strength train hard and heavy to achieve the physique they’re looking for.

✔️ ALL people should incorporate heavy squats, hinges, and single leg work, PLUS more isolated hip thrusts, abductions, and extensions. This is called COMPLETE lower body strength training.

The health and body you deserve are on the other side of heavy strength training!
