Massage Therapist
The Manual Therapist’s main focus must always be to provide a fun, motivating and united environment, providing massages/stretching and other body treatments to guests of our facility. Prioritize musculoskeletal resilience and durability, empowering the body to sustain and optimize movement.
Membership Advisor/Front Desk
The Membership Advisor helps create a fun, motivating, and welcoming environment while guiding prospective members through pricing options, programs, and events. As the first point of contact for many members, this role requires strong communication skills, genuine conversation, and the ability to build meaningful connections.
Marketing Coordinator
This position requires a mix of technical and workplace skills. The marketing coordinators must have the ability to be creative and analytical while simultaneously seeing the “big picture.” These skills will help execute short- or long-term marketing campaigns that help ADAPT achieve goals like increasing brand awareness and improving sales.
Detail/Event Coordinator
The Detail/Event Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the facility and ensuring all areas meet our standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This role supports daily operations, interacts with members and staff, and helps deliver a high-quality experience throughout the facility. A basic understanding of construction, maintenance procedures, and health and safety regulations is required.
Marketing Intern
Support the marketing team by creating and sharing content that captures the energy of the ADAPT community. This role helps plan and execute marketing initiatives, assist with social media, and promote events, specials, and the culture that defines ADAPT.
Head Culture Coach (aka Head Group Fitness Instructor)
The Head Culture Coach leads and develops the training staff while supporting the growth and experience of group class members. This role ensures our training methodology is consistently delivered while fostering a strong culture that is Fun, Motivated, and United. Ideal candidates have leadership experience and a passion for helping others reach their health and fitness goals.
Culture Coach (aka Group Fitness Instructor)
The ADAPT Culture Coach plans and leads group fitness classes while guiding members through our training methodology and proper exercise techniques. This role motivates members, supports their development, and helps build a community that is Fun, Motivated, and United.
