Clinic Assistant
The ADAPT Recharge Clinic Assistant will be primarily responsible for maintaining a clean efficient clinic, facilitating good communications between customers and staff, and accurate scheduling. This person may also be involved with management, and decision making. This position would be best filled by someone who is organized, proactive and ready to aid in ADAPT Recharge’s goal to provide quality services to our clients and help them feel recharged!
Clinic Manager
The ADAPT Recharge Manager will be primarily responsible for maintaining a clean efficient clinic, facilitating good communications between customers and staff, accurate scheduling, and effectively working with all aspects of the customer’s visit and clinic operations including budgeting and billing. This person may also be involved with management of staff and therapists, and many other aspects of the organization.
Marketing Intern
The Marketing Intern is responsible for aiding the marketing coordinator in planning, developing, and implementing the company’s overall marketing strategy and plan in order to support and improve online presence and the overall marketing efforts. They strategically plan with key players at ADAPT, content that is necessary to capture upcoming events, specials, or consistent social media postings on all platforms. This job focuses on capturing the community that ADAPT has worked so hard on building and making sure we show the community through content all ADAPT has to offer.
Membership Advisor (Front Desk)
The Membership Advisor’s (Front Desk) main focus must always be to provide a fun, motivating and united environment, making sure they are well informed of current pricing options and how to link conversations to sales/upcoming events. They are the first interaction that majority if not all members will make when they walk in or call in, with that being said they must be able to exhibit genuine conversation and connect with those whom they speak to.
Personal Trainer/Coach
This position is responsible for providing training services to clients/members of our facility. Trainers/Coaches at ADAPT are responsible for articulating our methodology succinctly to our clients/members at all times while in the facility. They are to contribute to programming buildout and expand their knowledge in the industry through in-house training and external research.
Detail/Event Coordinator
The Detail/Event Coordinator will be responsible for following facility maintenance procedures for all areas of our facility. The Detail Team staff has daily contact with members, staff, prospects and other personnel and therefore is a key player on the facilities team. The Detail/Event Coordinator provides support, and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our members. The Detail/Event Coordinator will have a basic understanding of construction. They will be well-versed in all maintenance processes and health and safety regulations.
