Functional Strength Training (FST)

Trains your muscles to work together and prepares them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you may do at home, at work or in sports while using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time. Functional patterns also emphasize the gait (human movement) and core stability.


Torch was created for the HIIT enthusiast. This is a nontechnical class with an “Everyone can do it” mindset. A high tempo aerobic base program mixed with bodyweight, functional movements, punching bags, and a variety of sports-related movements. Whether you have a greek god/goddess DNA or not this class is for everyone.

Flow is a sequence based class designed to move through your movements with a single piece of equipment or tool. 

The consensus for this is to keep the focus on one piece of equipment at a time and develop consistency on how to use that equipment, along with keeping quality control and flow  through movements. 

This also educates the member on how to use minimal equipment to a variety of exercises. 


Myofascial Release Active Stretch Habits .

In this maintenance class we will guide and educate how to effectively release those tight and restricted muscle areas.

And NO, stretching is not the base of this program…Although we will teach you how to properly actively lengthen those areas, myofascial release is the what we are going to teach you with various tools and approaches other than the novelty foam roller.

BLITZ Program

If you’re looking to take your fitness to the next level, this is an excellent option. These workouts include a greater degree of intensity and complexity. It is considered to be our strength and conditioning option and offers gymnastics, Powerlifting, plyometrics, sprinting, etc. It is comprised of proven methods for getting individuals strong, fast, and fit. Your coach will provide you with the tools to reach new strength levels and push yourself beyond what you thought was achievable.
