Group Fitness

Semi-Private Group Training

Semi-private groups are capped at 6 people, and specifically designed using the ADAPT Method to offer cutting-edge training techniques. These small groups provide the motivation of a group setting while allowing our trainers to give more attention to detail.

Our expert trainers and coaches spend time individually during the session with each group member providing expert instruction to help you reach your fitness goals and get the results you are seeking from your workout plan.

Fitness Classes

These Fitness classes are capped at 20 people per class and will provide you with 45 minutes of a full-body burn.  We have many classes to choose from such as:

  • Torch
  • Pump
  • M.A.S.H
  • Yoga
  • Kickboxing
  • Krav Maga
  • Capoeira
