Today’s movement Monday is brought to you by Kori !
“Cutting through Fat” – this is an anti-rotation movement with a focus on core engagement and speed. After you have completed this movement for about 30 seconds it is important to move into rotation (rotating towards the forward leg) as you would if you were about to take off.
To progress this movement add weight/+ resistance bands followed by moving forward, changing speed, height and time under tension.
Don’t forget to breathe and be mindful of your ribs to keep them from flaring open! This will prevent any low back pain 🙂
