MOTIVATION IS BS

One of the biggest mainstream lies in health and fitness today is that the process of training, eating well, getting your steps in, prioritizing sleep, and being generally healthy requires daily motivation.

It doesn’t.

It never has.

Motivation is fleeting, results are sustaining. 

There are going to be many days where you feel like shit.

You don’t want to workout.

You don’t want to eat a balanced meal.

Or you just want to be a slug and sit in front of your TV for 6 hours instead of being a productive human.

And in those times?

It will be more painful NOT to continue on with the plan than to just get through it. Because the level in which you live, and the quality of your life today is based on maintaining the momentum of health.

You can’t afford not to keep going. That’s where my clients get with their lifestyle. 

It’s easy to stay disciplined when you can see positive momentum being harnessed, propelling you through the tough times.
