Time for some YOGA!

This week we are highlighting our Power Flow Yoga class: Never done yoga before? Can’t touch your toes? Come to this class and we’ll help! This class is designed to explore the fundamentals of a power vinyasa yoga practice linking breath-synchronized, flowing, and dynamic movements used to transition between sustained postures. It will help you build strength and gain flexibility, while allowing you to release stress. Class winds down with floor work, followed by Micha’s signature sign off into sweet savanna.

We also offer 2 other yoga classes weekly: Tuesdays @7am & Sundays at 10am
