At ADAPT, we believe that wellness is more than just working out and eating right. It’s about taking care of your body and mind, and making sure that you’re getting the most out of your fitness journey. That’s why we offer a wide range of wellness services to our clients, including our popular recovery class called MASH.

We hear it a lot, what is MASH and who is the program made for?

MASH = Myofascial Release Active Stretch Habits and this program is for anyone and everyone who wants to live a pain-free lifestyle! In this maintenance class we will guide and educate how to effectively release those tight and restricted muscle areas. And NO, stretching is not the base of this program…Although we will teach you how to properly actively lengthen those areas, myofascial release is the what we are going to teach you with various tools and approaches other than the novelty foam roller.
