Yoga at Home

Try these 3 yoga moves at home! (Props can help but no props- no problem you can still try them!)
1. Seated Forward Fold (Scarf) – Grab a scarf to deepen your stretch for seated forward fold

2. Bow (Pillow) – Use a pillow for extra comfort in bow

3. Half Moon (Book or box) – Use a box or book for extra support in half moon

Props provide additional support and encouragement to truly relax and receive the benefits of the pose. But, you don’t need fancy props to support your practice!
